Anne Segrest McCulloch is an executive vice president, chief legal officer, and corporate secretary for the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco. She is a strategic executive and regulatory attorney with over 30 years of experience leading financial services and housing industry organizations in building new capabilities and in turning around challenged operations. Anne develops legal and business responses to the regulatory and policy environment that help improve our communities while delivering bottom-line results.
The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco is a cooperatively-owned wholesale bank that helps local lenders in Arizona, California, and Nevada build strong communities by delivering the funding those lenders need. In her role, Anne is responsible for legal and government relations matters. She is a member of the Bank’s leadership team and advises the President, CEO, and other members of senior management on strategic and complex business issues.
