Internship Site Applications

We work with exceptional students from different backgrounds and fields – science, marketing, engineering, medicine, law, communications – who are seeking practical, hands-on internship opportunities to apply their skills and contribute to a professional team.

Our interns arrive with a solid foundation of technical expertise, fresh perspectives, and advanced coursework in gender equity. They can assist with specific projects, support daily operations, or tackle initiatives that align with the organization’s priorities and needs.

Newcomb Institute covers up to 15 hours of student work at partner sites, at a rate of $15.00/hour. Our team manages the application process, which is streamlined to match the right students for your needs. Student interns also participate in monthly group skill-building and education sessions during the length of their internship. Our partner sites are responsible for supervision, additional training, and support for students during their placement.
