Jane Burkhart is a retired entrepreneur. She was the first female custom home builder in the state of Texas in 1978. Jane has started several companies in her career, retiring after 16 years as president of LPG Consulting Group in 2019. Jane has been an active volunteer over the years in Dallas County. She was a mediator for the Dallas County Juvenile Department. She spent five years as a volunteer for Dallas CASA and also mentored at risk youth who had a parent or parents in the penal system. Jane attended John Carroll University for three years and completed a BS in business administration from Wheaton College. She lives with her husband Bob in South Carolina. She has two children and three grandchildren.

Lizzie Harbin is Chief Strategy Officer for Precision Health Holdings. She leads cross-entity strategic planning, facilitates critical conversations and ensures the right people are engaged at the right time to drive impact. A recipient of the PCCA Eagle Leadership Award (2014), she began her career with 12 years in nonprofit development, including as Director of Development for the Alliance for Pharmacy Compounding. She is a graduate of Newcomb College, and she currently serves on the Directors Advisory Council at the Newcomb Institute.
