Leadership Programs

The Newcomb Leadership Cohort Program (Newcomb Leaders) is a co-curricular cohort-based training that develops socially responsible, equity-driven, and career-ready undergraduate leaders. Students will cultivate the skills, values, and knowledge necessary to lead with integrity, collaborate inclusively, and drive meaningful change in their communities and professional fields through the study and integration of the Social Change Model of Leadership as well as the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Career Competencies.
