The Newcomb College Institute ensures that undergraduate women gain practical experience by providing numerous grants and research resources. The Newcomb Fellows Program is a faculty association that fosters faculty-student interaction and research. The program awards grants to faculty and undergraduate women. During the 2006-2007 school year, the program granted more than $115, 000 to support research, visiting lecturers and artists, travel and other academic endeavors.
