On Friday, March 1, Newcomb College Institute's "Fridays At Newcomb" lunch series presented "Under the Influence:  A Talk on Eileen Myles and the Role of Literary Influence in a Writer's Life", by Michelle Tea. 

Eileen Myles is the author of nine books of poetry.  Bust Magazine called her "the Rock Star of Poetry", and she is an incredible influence on Michelle Tea's Work.  This is Eileen Myles' website.
