In the Summer of 2007, the Collat Interns created Radio Newcomb, a radio program Friday Mornings on WTUL New Orleans, which aired music, interviews, news, and event announcements all about women in New Orleans.  These are audio clips of interviews aired on the show that you can now enjoy here!

Baty Landis- One of the founding members of Silence is Violence discusses the importance of an informed community in the fight against violence and crime.

- A woman driving her scooter around the United States in the shape of a Peace Sign stops in New Orleans and discusses her views on peace.

- The top rated chef and part owner of Bayona Restaurant in the French Quarter reveals the roots of her food and her life.

Miss Pussycat- New Orleans' own Puppeteer talks about her beginnings, puppeteering around the world, and her infamous music venues.

Elizabeth Williams- The President and Director of the Southern Food and Beverage Museum discusses goals for the organization and what makes it unique.

- A Paralympic Sitting Volleyball Player reflects on her time in Athens with the Paralympic Team.

John T. Martin- A voodoo priest discusses the history of voodoo in New Orleans as well as Marie Laveau's legacy in the city.
